FAQ

How much notice do I have to give to book a truck?
While we prefer a minimum of 7 days' notice for optimal service, we understand that events may arise on short notice. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, even with limited notice. Please reach out to us, and we will do our best to secure a food truck for your event.
What is your cancelation policy?
Our cancellation policy involves a 25% deposit, with half of that amount being non-refundable. The remaining half is eligible for a refund only if the event is canceled 14 days or more prior to the scheduled date. This policy helps us manage the logistical and operational aspects of coordinating food trucks for events, ensuring fair compensation for our vendors and allowing for necessary adjustments in a timely manner.
Why do food trucks require a minimum guarantee?
Food trucks often require a minimum guarantee to ensure they can cover their operating costs for participating in an event. This commitment helps food truck owners plan and prepare accordingly, ensuring they have enough supplies and staff on hand to meet the expected demand. It also provides a level of financial security for the food truck, especially for events that might involve travel or special arrangements.
Can I book more than one food truck?
Certainly! You can book multiple food trucks for your event. Keep in mind that each food truck will have its own minimum guarantee, and these terms should be agreed upon and met individually before finalizing the booking. This allows for a diverse culinary experience at your event while ensuring clear expectations for each participating food truck.
Can I book a food truck without a minimum guarantee?
Unfortunately, we do not facilitate bookings without a minimum guarantee. To secure a food truck for your event, a minimum guarantee and a corresponding deposit are required. This policy ensures a commitment from both parties, allowing us to provide a reliable and seamless experience for both our clients and the food truck vendors.
