VENDOR APPLICATION

Applications are now open for our upcoming Omaha Winter Market 2025-2026 season! 

By submitting an application, you are not guaranteed acceptance. As this event takes place indoors, there is a limited amount of space. You must be able to work in close quarters with your neighbors, be flexible with space (not all locations are a perfect 10x10 square), and be able to cart your goods in/out of the building.

All applicable market dates for November and December are shown below. Only select the dates you are available for. Mark the checkboxes for January, February, and March to designate you are interested in vending a minimum of one market date during those months. By selecting these, you are not committing to vending. In November, we will send out inquiry forms to those of whom selected each month so they can provide their availability and interest.

There will be two installments of payments for this one season. Each market is $45.00 USD with a $5 discount if paid by check. Per submitting this application, you will only be approved and invoiced for the November and December dates. Approvals are sent by email in September and invoices sent via PayPal immediately following approval. Payment due date outlined in approval email. Vendor fees are non-refundable.

Access to electricity may be limited. Please designate in your application if you required it. Food vendors must have the proper permitting to sell in Douglas County, Sarpy County and the Nebraska Department of Ag. All vendors are responsible for filing the proper sales tax with the Nebraska Department of Revenue. Vendors must provide their own table, chairs, merchandising equipment and signage. Booth branding and display of pricing required.

Vendors are required to be on-time, respectful and compliant with Nebraska laws/requirements. Vendors must communicate with their given point of contact if they will not be in attendance for a market date. Recurring last minute cancellations or no call no shows, will be told not to return for future market dates.  

With the number of applicants increasing every year, limited indoor market space, and the importance of keeping attendees interested, we are forced to be more selective with approvals. In order to have the best chance of being accepted, we ask that you read the application carefully and provide as much detail as possible, including high quality images, logos and product descriptions.
